Just Amazing! I am overseas and wanted to order some 'Thank You' flowers for my parents, I had an exceptionally short time frame (as it was an impulse buy) and I could really only contact via email. Quite often with small business they tend to forget about emails and just deal with phone calls/walk ins, however to my surprise I was contacted back via email first thing in the morning (Australian time) and were were able to communicate an order so easily and quickly. They even sent me a photo of the bunch once it was finalised! As for the flowers themselves, I left the arrangement up to them 'Dealers Choice' I simply gave them some colour preferences and a dollar amount and trusted them to make the right choices, I was not disappointed. They were also delivered promptly, with a hand written card with my personalised message. I was delighted to wake up in London this morning to a text from my Mum showing me the beautiful bouquet she had received! All parties were extremely pleased!! If you need flowers please support this amazing local business, go direct to them as they will look after you a million times better then if you were to book online through one of those generic websites!!
