My past two Mother's Day floral arrangements came from Heartfelt Flowers and Gifts and I was incredibly disappointed on both occasions, Last year the delivery was on the Wednesday following Mother's Day and the flowers were wilting within a day and a half. This year the delivery was on the Monday after Mother's Day and the arrangement had fallen over on the way over and ribbon was sopping wet, the vase was almost empty and the flower arrangement was a mess with some of the flowers drooping over at the back. We will not be using this florist again.
