Very very poor customer service. I needed a fridge for a unit for Jan 7th so I went shopping on boxing day. I told the sales person I was after the same fridge I purchased 2 months prior but wanted to buy an additional 2 this time. He told me he hadn't had any in stock but if I purchased them they would be shipped out on the 3rd of January from their warehouse in Melbourne with ETA in Kingaroy between 7-9th January. Last Saturday, 5th, I was told they haven't arrived yet. Today I thought I inquire again as to were they are and was just told by the same sales person that he never told me that I would in fact receive those fridges. He claims now that there is none of those fridges even available in the whole country and that he never gave me any ETA and that the whole conversation we had never actually happened. Interesting though that the person with me heard the whole conversation as well. I would have bought a different one if that would have been mentioned by him, why has he never said to me to get a different fridge which was in stock? He was very aware I needed one for that unit. HN Kingaroy has lost a business customer for good.
