Good big "Big W" its like a warehouse and quick through the checkouts
Great staff but alot on items on special they do not have or run out of fast .
My favourite place to buy a pair of compfy jeans or shorts for under $20 .Always a great bargain going on at big w . Friendly staff and helpful.Drop in and find a bargain

Just had an unfortunate experience in this Big W branch. Everything was fine as all the staff I met in the store were very friendly and polite. But not until it was time for me to pay at the register. There was this staff who was unaccommodating and discourteous. She did not ask if I have my Woolworths rewards card as I forgot to present it to her. When I tried to present it to her she told me that "It's too late" as I already swiped my debit card on pay wave. I could understand if I presented it late. Fine. The thing is she told it to me in a discourteous manner and I could not even respond to her if it's just fine with me because the moment she told me "It's too late" and handed the invoice, she turn away at once and was already talking to another staff. Not a good customer service as far as I am concern. Sorry.
