Very good store it's clean and tidy and yes it has busy times but they endeavour to get you out as quick as possible when at checkout.
Busy plenty of good stock options, and most importantly no lineups at checkouts.
Absolutely not happy with customer service here. I do have my apps with rewards card and it could not scan at some of the self check out I noticed. Instead of helping me to manually put the number in, the lady asked where is my actual card? Should I carry the card with me or should I expected the app and check- out work properly? Never got questioned like that at any other woolworths before!

Im a long and loyal customer of Woolworths but it's becoming increasingly clear to me that the customers are not so important Friday last week I was told by the Deli manager that I couldn't place an order for fresh prawns for Christmas because she will only be getting 2 BOXES WHICH IS 10Kg for the KINGAROY and surrounding area she said she had already taken some orders NOT HAPPY you would think if someone wanted to order for Christmas Woolworths would be more helpful
