We recently brought a property through Freemans real estate Kingaroy through agent Chris Arnold, what a fantastic sales representative, went beyond our expectations to get us this purchase after a bad experience with another seller, would highly recommend buying from him to anyone.
Very unprofessional and unethical agent - looked at buying a property through them had the inspection and the agent didnt even have the decency to tell me there was perhaps another interested party and the day I am going to make my offer the agent tells me its sold because I happened to do a drive by the next day and she happened to be their. What a waste of hours return drive to have to deal with someone so rude.
Beyond Below Service Standards - Their "new era" in their property management division and "certain staff" in this department need complete training with regards to; How to communicate, what is acceptable in a real estate industry and what isn't acceptable towards a potential client. As a Landlord myself. I wouldn't recommend this real estate for any property management services.
Hopeless, they countenance multiple parties without informing anyone of other interest, anything to simply get a signature on the line in any way or by any means..They don't consider it important to let genuine parties know of developments and; Most annoying they do NOT give interested parties the opportunity to provide any offer or counter....... I was awaiting results of a building inspection report, only to be told 'OH YEAH' IT SOLD YESTERDAY!!!! Well thanks, I'll be sure to tell my large network of social media friends of this experience....
