Unenthusiastic staff, no cutlery, wet wipes or serviette. Chicken was dry and cold, chips soggy, got half a bun instead of a dinner roll and the only way I knew I had potato in the gravy was because some of the slurry was pale in colour. Disappointing
Went to the store around 8pm had just travelled and asked if there was a wait as I didn't want to sit waiting and I was assured there was enough chicken to cover my order only to pay for it and be waiting 20mins so after that still no order so asked for a refund at this point quite angry as they new I didn't want to wait I would have just gone somewhere else, refund was put back in my card only to find no refund so rang first thing next morning only to be told could be a week before I get it, I'm never going there again as they are so incompetent it's ridiculous and I was the only one that it was happening to and not the first time this has happened this store needs a good shake up and maybe some new staff

Great service/food. Usually clean. Staff are very polite.
I don't usually expect spectacular food when approaching a fast food chain, but what I do expect is that the food served be edible. My partner and I stopped here on the way through, and were both disappointed with what we recieved: dry, tasteless, and seemingly off. Won't be stopping here again
