We have had lots of work done by Mick Astill's team and have been generally happy with it. He is easy to deal with, quick to respond and doesn't rip you off. A minor irritation has been that after we pay the invoice, I have to ask for a receipt every time and because it has tax implications, need to have the address of the work on the receipt. A couple of times now I have had to ask for the receipt to be re-issued because even though I specifically ask for this, it has not been done right first time.
Prompt response to inquiry. They gave me a reasonable quote and kept me updated as I was an absentee owner. Very happy with the job. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.
I received an email saying someone would be in contact but they didn't so then had to call Astills to find out what day they would be at my house. I had to call again on the day to find out where the workers were as I was told 9am but then they didn't show up until 11am. When they arrived and were trying to work out the job the electrician then assumed I was renting and seemed surprised that an Aboriginal guy could be the owner of the house. After that they were great.
Yes, I am pleased to say that I am a return customer. Last month was Air-Con installation, now a Grid-Connect Ground Mounted Solar PV System. The System itself is impressive fitting seamlessly into the landscape. Mick also designed an Inverter Brace as an added extra. This Inverter brace gives the whole system a clean look, which I Love. The extensive knowledge & professionalism of the Team at Astill's who installed the system was outstanding! These individual Astill Team Members were John, Ben, Phil & Layne. John exhibited such a high level of expertise. His patience & teaching style with his apprentice did not go unnoticed. Good on you John! I just wanted to use this forum to acknowledge you all & thank-you for your commitment to client satisfaction. You have achieved your goal as Iam one 'Happy Customer'.
